Pricing System
PAYMENT
- We only accept credit card payments.
- You will be required to enter the credit card information you provided at the time of booking.
- At that time, a portion of your credit card’s available credit limit will be held as a guarantee.
※Please note this is not a payment. - On the day of use, the registered credit card will be charged.
- If any additional charges, cancellation fees, or other costs arise, they will also be charged to the same credit card.
- Please note: Debit cards and UnionPay cards are not supported due to system limitations.
Rental Fees
The total rental fee will consist of the following:
- Rental plan fee
- Collision Damage Waiver
(Optional) - Optional equipment fees
(Optional) - Overtime charges
Fuel charges
Other charges
(if applicable) - The rental plan fee varies depending on the vehicle type.
INSURANCE COVERAGE

- You are responsible for any damage exceeding the insured amount or for damages not covered by the insurance.
- No insurance payout will be provided for accidents falling under the policy exclusions.
- If you fail to obtain a police accident report, the insurance may not be applicable. In case of an accident, you must report it to the police and obtain a certificate.
NON-OPERATION CHARGE (NOC)
If the rental vehicle becomes unusable due to an accident, theft, malfunction, damage, or odors caused by the renter or driver, the following fees will be charged as part of business compensation during the repair period:
If the vehicle is returned to our location:
Minor damage such as wheel damage or bumper dents/scratches ¥100,000
Other damage or malfunction where the vehicle can still be driven back to the store ¥300,000
Other damage or malfunction where the vehicle cannot be driven back to the store ¥900,000

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
